Some of the black plastic covers on terminal caps back fell off, and a few are missing nuts. Comes with a Teflon 8 wire cable about meter and half long tecu terminals. Cranking the knobs let's your 8 digit Dem measure up to 10 different four wire Measurements. When I had the cover off did not touch any switch wafers, just took photos, noticed no mods ever done.
