There is some paint flaking off the back. Item does not come with anything else, unless noted in. This was owned by nasa and still has the service seals intact. No guarantees.
Signs of age, but is in overall fair to good condition for the age. I wanted to open it up and look inside, but the fact that had calibration/service seals still attached, made me leave alone.
